Drake watched as Batman began to take to them, it was an amazing feat to be in the presence of the league, but to be in the presence of some of the founding member was amazing. It took all his will power not to go all fanboy over them. He had looked up to them, even if he never said it. He was grateful that Green Arrow told him about the program. After they were done, they left Flash in charge of them and he snickered when Flash was called a den mother. Flash mentioned something about introducing themselves to one another and before Drake could volunteer. Two others beat him to the punch. The first one up was a girl Named Robin Robins. A very unique name to say the least. Of course Drake knew his name was unique, but not as unique as this girl’s name. She became a blur and for a second Drake couldn’t find her until she reappeared again. She mentioned she was a speedster and it seemed Flash was pleased with himself that there was another speedster around. The next person was a boy who claimed to be able to do things only seen in an RPG. This sparked Drake’s interest. After he was done another member walked up and introduced himself. He was a faceless boy who called himself The Question. He then explained his powers and Drake found it fascinating that he was like a reincarnation of an original hero. That was amazing to him. And after he was finished, another member talked about their powers and how they could shrink. After he was done, Drake suddenly started asking questions about Charles abilities. “Wait, wait. Are you telling me you can do anything in the real world that can be done in an RPG? Like: magic, crafting super awesome finisher moves. So can you create sephiroth so I can punch his lights out?” Drake asked before he started passing back and forth and continuing, “I put so much effort into leveling Aerith just for him to come from the sky and kill her. I mean she was the only one I leveled up to 90!” Drake realized that he was walking back and forth and ranting to himself. He turned to the group and chuckled nervously before he said, “Sorry about that. Had to get that out of my system. Even though most gamers keep talking about that, I just finally got around to playing the game and got to that part.” He cleared his throat before he introduced himself, “I’m Drake Sydell. My hero name The Dragoon. That’s because of this.” Drake then pointed to his necklace with the dragon holding a pure white crystal. “From what I’m told: this is called the Dragon Talisman. It allows me to connect with the dragon souls inside of it. These dragon souls let me use their elemental properties. Like so,” Drake said before he took a deep breath before he said, “Inferno.” The pure white crystal in the middle of his neckless turned red and flames shot out of the crystal. The flames coated his arms and fists to create gauntlets, around his legs and feet the flames created greaves and sabatons, the flames wrapped around his head to create a Helm made of flames, and finally the flames extend from his shoulder blades to create wings made of flames. “So far, can only use three dragon souls. This one’s the fire dragon called Inferno. The other two are water and air. I haven’t gotten the hang of all the abilities or the ability to connect to other dragons inside the Talisman,” Drake said as the flames shot back into the crystal just before the crystal turned pure white
