Phantom nods at Agent, albeit a bit reluctantly. A part of him wanted to bring the new villain down. Still, this is a rescue mission, not a robbery or anything else he's used to. Then, he realizes something: This is their first mission. As a team. Wow. "I'll do that. You all stay safe; I don't want to drag your corpses out of there." He says with a laugh. 

With that, Phantom uses his grappling hook to soar through the window and onto some of the rafters, looking down at the bald man beating on Reaper. A part of him wanted to just jump down and help, though it would probably be useless; he saw Reaper slash a knife at the man which barely even penetrated, then broke off when he attempted to jab it in the man's head. All that Phantom would be doing by going down there to fight would be getting himself killed.
