Violet listened to Mithius' words and when he was finished she gauged the reactions of the others. She nodded her head at parts of what he said. Violet stopped and looked at the room of elder vampires. [color=a187be]"Convening a new council is not my objective here. Please understand that, I believe some of you will be asked to become a part of it. I would like you to have full information on what is going on. You can not make decisions based on partial truths. We are here tonight to record history, to make history and to protect our future. I have asked you here tonight to help me kill the bane on our species. We are going to kill Dracula. We have to show the world that we can and will contain our own kind if and when they step out of line. We have to show them that there will be no exceptions."[/color] Violet looked at Nora and motioned her to take the floor.

Nora stood and took a deep breath. [color=6ecff6]"For those of you that don't know me, my name is Nora Baker. I'm over 500 years old and for at least 300 of those years I was tied to Dracula as his mate. When he was killed I was free for the first time in a long time. I started to grow my own family and I fell in love with a human."[/color] She glanced at Rick and smiled. [color=6ecff6]"When Dracula returned about a year ago he demanded that I do some thing for him or he would kill the ones I loved. I was horrified when I found out what he wanted me to do. I had no choice though so I took the bomb and put it in New York City as I was directed to."[/color] She stopped as she heard the sucking in of breath. She glanced at Sasha and dropped her head in shame. [color=6ecff6]"I am the one who broke the compact at his request in order to save the lives of my family."[/color] Some of the elder vampires began to stir a little and anger was rising in the room. 

[color=6ecff6]"When he called me back to his side I felt that I had no choice so I went. Again, my family was first in my mind. I can tell you where he lives, show you how to get in unseen and pretty much any other thing you need to know. Including what he was starting to plan the last time I saw him."[/color] Nora looked up at Violet. The panic in her eyes was clear. [color=6ecff6]"He wants to breed with my hybrid daughter Piper. He thinks since she was wolf first that she never died and turned the way regular vampires do. He hopes to give birth to live vampires. He thinks if he can create a new version of the hybrids that he will be their father and he will control them. He seems...more cruel this time around. He was brought back by a witch I was told. I was also told that she has since been killed."[/color]

Piper watched as the elder vampires started to whisper and argue amongst themselves about allowing Nora to live or not. Piper glared at Violet. Violet's expression was stoic. It neither showed her emotions or thoughts on the subject. One of the eldest vampires began to approach Nora with violence in his mind. Nora stepped back uneasily. Piper's fangs and claws came out and she stepped in front of Nora. She made it clear what she would do to protect her mother. Her growl was guttural and came from somewhere deep down and was not unnoticed by the pack outside. Suddenly there were wolves at the door and around every corner. They were all waiting for Piper's command. She had lost track of this vampire's name but he glared at Piper and he walked out of the room. The wolves quieted down as Piper settled down. They were now a part of the discussion and so they stayed in the house. Piper was really wishing that Grant would hurry up and get there.
