Streaks of fire burned across the sky as Skitarii transports headed toward the ground leaving behind the protection of the Basilikon Astra escort fleet which was quickly making way out of the system before being caught up in the Warpstorm. The interior of the transports remained pitch black as troops and equipment waited for their moment to be called forth to due their duty. The Legios Punitoris had come to the Pontius Secundus at the command of the Fabricator-General of Mars to assist von Ravenstein in the defense of his system. 

The large number of transports touched down on a designated area for their troop deployment creating a massive dust storm that caused the entire area to become obscured for several minutes. As the dust started to clear there was a already a sea of red and gold cloaks marching down the ramps of various transports while mechanized walkers climbed out of others. Large blocks of bionically enhanced soldiers milled around as they started to form up around their mechanical counterparts in large Cohort formations.
