Her long, dark brown hair is usually held in a tight ponytail her favourite pair of headphones, a bright neon blhe which accentuates her light brown skin well enough. Clothing-wise, Jaica maintains a more casual approach with a dark brown leather jacket and whatever tank top she manages to recover from their pile of clothes, and one of her many pairs of jeans. Jaica's sneakers are white and lined with neon blue strips. Her skin is also littered with many tattoos, most of which are of tribal design. The most prominent of her tattoos is a chameleon seemingly perching on her arm that she got when she discovered her ability, and glows neon blue in the dar.[/color][/indent][/indent] [color=099FFF][sub][b][u] B A C K G R O U N D / H I S T O R Y [/u][/b][/sub][/color][indent][indent][color=6e757e]The Borré twins understood from a young age that in the world, you don't get anything just by sitting around and waiting for it. They were thrown into the foster system in their infancy due to the murder of their parents under the hand of police brutality, and like many of the other kids there, they learned to fight for what they had and what wanted. They quickly got involved into what some people might call the 'bad crowd', but they were the ones that taught the twins how to survive through whatever they might encounter in the future. They ran away at the age of ten and fended for themselves until news of Noah II reached the back alleys of the world. They knew they had to get in there in order to survive.

Jaica, the older of the two, had always taken it upon herself to ensure that they had all that they needed. She ran errands for powerful people, utilized the many connections they made in their lifetime, and soon found themselves in the same room as one of the most notorious crime bosses in the world. With their reputation in the business as the unbreakable duo able to get any job, no matter how dirty or difficult, taken care of, ot wasn't hard for the boss to give them a ride along so long as their allegiance and loyalty remained. Of course, there was no doubt in Jaica's mind in the matter. So long as the boss provided for her and her twin, then they would act as the family's left and right hands.

When they entered Landing, the boss gave the twins seperate jobs to ensure the family's control over the new settlement. That was where Jaica's abilities came into play. At times, she was asked to sabotage shipment lines so that the people would have no choice but to buy from the horribly overpriced stores the family ran. Sometimes, she had to slit a few throats. At the end of the day, though, Jaica returned to her shared home with her twin, a bright smile on her lips... They could walk into a restaurant and immediately assume a position of waiter, or go into a crime organization and assume a the role of domestic servant. The user can feel the general emotions of a society or group of people by having an internal social mirror. With this ability, Jaica easily inserts herself into any group to gather intelligence or internally sabotage her target group.[/color][/indent][/indent]

It's too easy to lose herself in a role - her memories of her true life turning foggy and her opinions joining the hive mind of the group she's inserted herself in. Should she find herself in such a state, releasing her from its hold can prove quite difficult. Furtive assimilation also requires Jaica to have a certain grasp on the group she's inserting herself into, such as their general outlook or names of some of their members.[/color][/indent][/indent]

Talcri is known by most for her tendency to be a hotheaded firebrand, getting into fights on the regular and recklessly jumping into situations that could potentially endanger her. Both her attitude and her own need for solitude tends to alienate her from people, which she's just fine with. No underlying sense of loneliness there...

Unlike her twin, her moral compass actually makes her disagree with the orders they receive from the crime family they work for. She despises how casually her twin could kill and steal despite her being the muscle of their operation, and would rather settle down to do something more calm and legal.[/color][/indent][/indent]

Unlike her twin, she took her naturally brown hair, and gave it a side-shave and dyed it bright pink. An incident when they were fifteen caused Talcri to lose her arm, and it was only technology and the need for the boss for the brute that allowed her to have cybernetics in exchange. Her tank tops and jeans does little to hide many of the scars that litter her face and body, but Talcri shows no shame about it. Her sneakers mimic her twin's, but lined in neon yellow instead.[/color][/indent][/indent]

Still, she wouldn't leave her twin behind no matter how deep into the business Jaica got and she swore she would retain her position as the boss's iron grip on the people.

Arriving in the Landing, she continued doing jobs alongside her twin for the black market. Mostly, the jobs assigned to her involved intimidating the manufacturers into paying protection money or smuggling modifications into the city, but lately, she's been talking to some pilots scouting the areas outside Landing. Curiosity for what was beyond filled her, and while the pay was significantly lower, it was honest work. She just had to find a way to cut her ties to the family... a way that won't result in her and her twin's heads rolling on the floor.[/color][/indent][/indent]

More specifically, Talcri used light manipulation to solidify light to use as weapons, lockpicks, and whatever else she might need. A less common usage of it includes removing all light from the room to disrupt visibility.[/color][/indent][/indent]

Her cybernetics also allows her enhanced strength on her left arm, in addition to providing her more light to shape.[/color][/indent][/indent]
