[@Leoven] The technology is isn't too advanced. It's more of a 2036 era. Everything just went to hell and now the survivors have to fix it. There are android-like beings and more holograms than actual screens but other than that things aren't super advanced. Weapons are more advanced (obviously) and people (with proper gear) can last in the wastelands for almost a month.
