[@enkas]From what I remember being said both here and in the Interest Check, stats are being used to represent what we're capable of IC-wise, not for rolls. Its to keep people from pulling off a 6-dot Mage ability right off the bat, or being the perfect Firearms user. [@thedragonsimon] correct me if I'm wrong.
