Do you sleep on one pillow or two

are there people who actually sleep on just one layer of pillow or is the pillow industry just trying to increase sales by lowering the plushness of its pillows

i'm rather Concerned

I sleep with four under my head, and a body pillow between me and the wall.

I have three pillows, and I also use one of those sitting up pillows, partially for reading, but also to prop my head up when sleeping. Also, when I sleep, I tend to cram the blankets behind my head too, not intentionally. Once in my sleep I tried to cram the dog behind my bed, which of course woke both of us up.

I have two pillows, technically three if you count that I also have one of those wedge-shaped pillows that make you sit up in your sleep cause if I don't then my acid reflux strikes and wakes me up >:L (I won't go into detail xD)

All of them. I sleep on all the pillows.

None... I sleep curled up or spread out flat depending on the temperature.
