A woobie is someone who has a difficult life or just went through a very hard struggle that you can't help but feel sorry for. Cinder may be considered a woobie for some since she got scarred, rendered mute, and is mocked by her colleges for being taken down by Ruby. Even though she, ya know, killed Pyrrha, destroyed Beacon, and ruined the lives of many, many people. I can understand with Cinder's struggle, but I don't really sympathize.
