Vesta in terms of magic is probably the best to seek out. Maria isn't too bad an option, but she'll probably advise the Celestia family as they're experts in the matter. Maria's family is an expert in swordplay.
Both very good at two very different things.

Not too sure on that. Maria might know some magic but her expertise on the matter is limited. Also hinty hinty: Vesta is educated as well. Just that Vesta was raised in very different circumstances than Maria.
But they're still BFFL :P
Of course whether or not Vesta actually teaches him anything at all is a completely subject. Also as I said about Heinrich he will would also have to go through some hellish training with Vesta even if Vesta agreed. But if Avery survived it I'm sure he can as well XD
Of course there are OTHER Celestia's (not including Avery. Ya know Vesta kinda has a mum and a dad and what not XD). But eh....
