I suppose I should say the idea now. Basically it's just that the twins get separated in the transition between Earth and KiiroSekai. Basically Neko would end up in Milmil and the two end up meeting somewhere between the time they arrive in that world and the time they will be seeing the dog. That might have some problems though. Like the girl Neko meets could just end up being someone who looks like his sister, but isn't and he would never know. (Of course it will be, but how would he know?) Heck he could end up seeing his sister, but not notice and just pass her by. He doesn't even know she's in the world. So yeah I may just keep it how it is.
