Nikki, Kyle, Sasha, Matt, Ingrid
[@dabombjk][@Wick][@King tai][@josephb] Nikki heard Kyle's scream. She grabbed her sword and ran towards the side door nearest to her. She didn't think she just ran. When she saw how far away he was she was thankful that Sasha had grabbed her gun. She could see that there were a couple more walkers coming from the other end of the field that the shots alerted them to. The guys at the front of the building were running towards the scene too. Sasha's  shots seemed to take the walkers down that were Kyle's immediate threat and Nikki lept over the fence barely missing the bar. She landed heavily on her knees. She stabbed the heads just to make sure they were totally dead. Checking Kyle out she looked up to see the guys hopping over the fence and Sasha standing at it with the gun getting ready for more if needed. Nikki hugged Kyle and said, "Are you alright? You scared the hell out of us." As Nikki began checking Kyle over for injuries and or bites, Kyle became slightly frightened. As Nikki hugged Kyle, he quickly detached himself and scooted back away from everyone, in a very non kyle like manner. Kyle tried to stand up, but failed by falling down again. He fell on his butt and his eyes were wide. "Wha-what? sta-st-st-stay away from! What the hell were those things? Did they just try to eat me? And who is firing guns?" Kyle looked around. "Dude where am I? Wait are we.......at whats it called that one school? Whats it called again? Damn wasnt I here last week with my drumline for the game?" Sasha approached the fence, glancing down at the other walkers, but saw they were being dealt with. Looking back towards Nikki and Kyle, she frowned. The way Kyle acted...she leaned the gun up against the fence, but she didn't climb it, figuring that might freak Kyle out, someone else dropping down on him. Did he hit his head, or something? And why didn't he act when they were leaning over them...had he fallen? That seemed to make a little sense, especially given what she suspected.  "Nikki, I think...I think he hit his head. I think...He might have a bit of Amnesia" Maybe more then a bit, given that he thought he was in highschool. "Kyle" She said, trying to sound comforting, but knowing she could never ease what he must be feeling. Confusion didn't even begin to cover it. "Its 2016" Nikki stood up and walked over Jon's body and she motioned for the guys to get him behind the fence. "Baby, we'll talk about this in a few minutes. Right now I need you on the other side of the fence. No guns Sasha. I got this." She picked up her sword and walked a few feet away as about 5 walkers straggled towards them. The other guys stood there to make sure that Kyle went back into the school lot and didn't bolt in fear. Nikki walked over and lopped off the first two heads like cutting through butter. The third she realized had died more recently and it wasn't a clean through and through cut. She kicked him back and tried again, this time his head rolled. The last two were almost comedic as one stepped into a hole and they both went down. She walked over and stabbed them in the heads and walked back to the fence. She waited til Kyle was on the other side of the fence before going over herself. Once there she looked at him. "Are you saying you don't remember us? You don't remember us getting married? Or that I'm pregnant?" Kyle didnt mean to, but he laughed. It was a slightly panicked filled laugh, and confused laugh, but what he had just heard was more comedic than any joke he has ever made. "Us, married, pregnant? Please. Im 18 years old and I havent even finished  highschool, not really. Still have a little bit before grad date. Plus I am seeing Jordan. Everyone at school knows this. It was a big deal when it started." Kyle started to calm himself. He was finally able to regain his composure.  "Although....again why am I here? Pretty sure I smoked that last bowl at Jordans place, and we dont have cars.........." Sasha sighed softly,. She had never dealt with amnesia in a clinical setting, and this just seemed a million times worse. She glanced about, looking for something reflective, and walking away for a moment, coming back with a bit of shiny metal, "Have a look at yourself. Like I said, its 2016. This?" she waved a hand around them all, "Is a high school in Texas. Those things we killed? They're zombies. We call them walkers. Its the end of the world" She didn't think they should coddle, not right then. The longer they hid the fact that this was the Zombie apocolypse, the worse it would be. "You get bit, you generally die. And Come back as one of them. We don't want you running off. We aren't playing a game on you. Everything we have said is true. Do you have a headache? Is your neck sore? Did one of them bite you?" She asked, wanting to try and assertain whether or not Kyle had any sort of head injury, or if he had damaged his neck. The bite was an obvious question, given that none of them had seen everything.  She held out the reflective metal, and waited.  Nikki looked at Kyle and then at Sasha and she grabbed his hand. "Thanks Sasha, I'll get him in front of a mirror so he will have no choice but to see. Come on Kyle." She pulled him back into the school and took him into the nearest bathroom and put him in front of a mirror. Once she had him looking at himself in the mirror he could hardly think he looked like a kid. He had stubble from lack of shaving and he was clearly at least 21yrs old. "Kyle, I know you've been through a lot but I really need you to try to remember what is going on."  Nikki was starting to feel sick again and she darted into one of the stalls. A few moments later she walked out of the stall and went to the sink to rinse her mouth and wash her face again. She felt like death warmed over.  Kyle checked himself in the mirror. He definitely looked older, had more facial hair than usual. He looked a bit older, and more experienced. And he looked very not stoned. He spoke loudly when he spoke to Nikki. "Hey.....lady.....you got any pot here in the future? I think I have my own lighter." Kyle patted his pockets and was surprised at what he felt. He pulled out his gun and knife. "OH SHIT! dude I have a knife! And  a fucking gun! Sweet. Either I am so high I am hallucinating, or the future me rocks! I mean i kill zombies, more than likely, and I have a gun!" Nikki stared at him a moment. This Kyle was so different from her Kyle. She flung her hands up in the air in frustration. "Kyle Hishamie if you can't remember how to be an adult and you can't remember your wife and soon to be child I give up!" Nikki walked out of the room and headed back to their room. She stopped by Matt and Gracie and told him about Kyle and then she went to lay down.  Matt looked at Kyle when he came out of the bathroom and shook his head. "Dude, she's been through too much if you are playing you better come clean and if you aren't you better get it together." Sasha sighed as Nikki took Kyle away before she could get an answer on the head and neck questions, but decided he wasn't complaining of either, so hopefully it would be okay for now. Claiming the gun, she started back inside, putting it back with the other guns, wondering where they had come from, trying to think what they could do. Either Kyle would remember what he had forgotten, or they would have to somehow convince him what had happened the last hundred odd days, was true.  He was going to need constant watching, and that seemed a waste of man power, but it needed to be done. She rubbed her eyes, thinking the day had started off so well, and now...Sighing again, she glanced up, seeing Nikki heading out the bathroom down the hall, and she couldn't really blame her for being overwhelmed.  She stood for a moment, wondering what to do. Amnesia didn't have a treatment. Trying to shock Kyle's memories back didn't seem to have worked. While his body was the right age, his mind wasn't. There were so many things they could treat, but the brain...that was always so hard to deal with.  As Kyle came out and Matt spoke with him, she approached, but didn't say anything.  "Listen dude, you need to relax. I am sure if I find where I am suppose to sleep, I have some bud hidden somewhere. You need to unwind man. And listen, I dont remember who "she" is. I dont know any of you. But we can all be cool." Kyle patted Matts shoulder and walked past him. He eyed the female from before and smiled. He walked over to Sasha with his hands in his pockets and a smile on his face. "Hey. So you were there when I woke up right? I am sure you know who I am but since I dont remember anything.....Hi my name is Kyle. Maybe later if you want we can hang out, go over the stuff I dont remember." Matt looked at Kyle and smirked. The guy had balls he thought, no brains but definitely balls. He waited a moment and watched Sasha's expression as she realized that Kyle was hitting on her. Matt walked up and put his arm around Sasha's waist and kissed her right in front of Kyle. "Kyle, you are married to my sister. If you go near my girlfriend again you might make Nikki a widow." Matt made sure to bump into him hard as he walked Sasha back towards their room where Grace was laughing hysterically at something. Nikki had opened their door in time to see Kyle hitting on Sasha. When Matt walked away with her Nikki looked at Kyle. She disappeared into the bedroom again and threw out his wallet tossing it at his head. A picture fell out of it. It was a polaroid that had been taken not long after they got married of the two of them. It was a picture that should have the ability to jog his memory. "If you don't want to be married to me anymore and you want to chase after other women "FINE" Nikki felt really crappy and crawled into bed. Sasha was perplexed at Kyle's words, knowing they had a subtext to them. Was...oh, god. Matt's actions told her she was right, and amused, she returned the kiss, but did glance back as Matt started them towards their room. "I'm Sasha, this is Matt, and your wife is Nikki." She didn't say anymore as she saw Nikki come out, looking forward once more, trying really hard to focus on Grace's laughter, then Nikki's words, a little relieved when they reached the room.  Kyle picked up the wallet, and picked up the photo. Nothing seemed to jog his memory but it did confuse the hell out of him. He walked over to his and Nikkis room, and leaned against the doorway. "I wasnt flirting I was just being polite. How was I suppose to know she had a boyfriend? And anyways bigger question. I think, if its 2016 I am 21 by now, i always thought that by now things would be a lot different. Never married for starters. So tell me, how on earth did you convince me to marry you?" Kyle looked at the photo while he spoke to Nikki. Nikki was trying to calm down. She knew the more upset she got the more likely she would have problems. She really needed to stay down as much as she could right now.  "Come in here and sit with me and I'll tell you." When Kyle came in she started at the beginning and told him about how they met and how he practically demanded they get married. She went on to explain the Vincent thing and how she got pregnant just a couple weeks after losing the other baby and how it's a dangerous pregnancy for her still. It was quite a while before she stopped speaking. Nikki was so tired that she fell asleep almost the second she stopped speaking. Ingrid knocked on the door and came on in. Seeing Kyle she said,   "Hey, thanks for helping me with Jon earlier. The guys are burying him now." She came over and checked on Nikki. She frowned.   "You should keep the stress off of her if you can. She is having a rough time of it so far. Remember I'm next door if you need me." Ingrid walked out of the room. Glancing around the room, Sasha stopped when she saw Grace. it took all of three seconds to see what she was laughing at. Somehow, perhaps between the various comings and goings of the others bringing stuff in, a dog had slipped in. It didn't look old, maybe close to a year, which made her wonder how it had survived, how it had escaped the walkers. She wondered if Grace had ever seen a dog, or at least one she could remember. She approached the dog a little warily, but it seemed harmless, clearly quite excited to see living people, crouching by Grace, she held out a hand to the dog, smiling as it briefly transfered from Grace to her, licking her hand estatically, before turning its attention back to what was probably a more interesting subject, Grace. She studied the dog a moment, but it did truly seem harmless. A little thin, its black coat was coated in so much dirt, dust and who knew what else that it appeared brown, but it didn't look to have any bite marks or injuries. All in all, the dog looked healthier then it had any right to be. Before the dog got Grace anymore filthy, Sasha leaned over and scooped her up, "The gym would have showers, right?"
