[@Ariamis]: To be honest, the best way I can think of to answer your question would be to point at [@Rune_Alchemist]'s character. It's a pretty good example of the kind of power level we're going for. Some fairly basic stuff, a couple of flashier moves that can't really be spammed and something big which is best used as a finisher, but nothing that's going to level a city block/completely trivialise fights.

Speaking of the profile, everything looks fine for the most part. I assume her family's just got a history as magic users?
