[@Flamelord]: I find it weird how there's a scientific explanation for the magical ability. The concept of 'molecules' is an inherently scientific one, after all, so... That's kinda... Yeah...
It's just changing the properties of water and liquids in general, though, so it shouldn't need an explanation rooted in science.
