[@Kafka Komedy] Hmmm. I'm not sure what the right term will be, but in general, its going to be extremely eccentric. At least most of the time. Expect a weird mix of fantasy and whimsicallity; there are gonna be a few instances of seriousness though. 

Both magic and magictech are fine and quite common. However, the way they are utilized is very minimal. Only a few have the capability to truly harness magic. It wouldn't be surprising to encounter a civilian who could snap his fingers and create a small flame or a blacksmith woud coud turn his arms into forge tools.
