[@Raijinslayer] Koko isn't currently on campus, instead he's out running an errand for someone. Probably not the smartest move, considering his attendance record is pretty bad, but what can you do.

Finding out about it, though... Well, he'd make it a mission to find out everything about the Hand Of God through his plethora of contacts in the underground, probably going so far as to make contact with both the faction (to try and arrange a meeting) and any person with official Esper listings (to get a list of the names of all Espers possessing Fulgarkinesis over Level 6). What can I say, he's dedicated to knowing everything XD
