Just make a thread, inv the peeps, mark it full, done.

If you're roleplaying, it doesn't really matter, and unless you're doing things like spamming every forum with RP ads, nobody really cares [i]how[/i] you get your people.

You could also set up a PM, or even 2 (one for IC, one for OOC).
