I saw this not two days ago: Dystopian - Check, Cyberpunk - Check, Europe (the greatest place in the world) - Check. You sir, you had my attention, but now you have my interest.

This is still W.I.P., but I wanted to know if you have any problems so far.
BTW, read X as Henry, District XX is just a placeholder and ... is also a placeholder, again, W.I.P.

 Appearance: X is a ... cm tall Caucasian male of athletic build. He has blue eyes, short brown hair, and light facial hair.

 Personality: Over a decade of work as a mercenary has influenced X's personality: constant training, espionage and combat has defined the latter part of his life. Because of this, X has had to bury certain aspects of himself. The discipline required for his work has given him the ability to detach himself emotionally from the immediate situation in order to better assess his options and figure out the best way to achieve his objectives.

Though aware and confident of his abilities, X understands that even if he is a cyborg, he still is human and his survival more often than not has been a gift of chance. With no wish to die, X has no problem to refuse a job if he understands that it’s above his abilities, and by the same token, he has no problem refusing jobs purely based on ethics and his moral beliefs.

 Bio: X grew up in a working class household in the eastern region of District XX. He had shown himself to be very intelligent from a young age, so it was no surprise to his family that after finishing school, X received scholarship and enrolled in the University of Tartu.

While studying at Tartu, X became aware of the radical movements that believed in and fought for the return of nationalism. Believing it to be a noble cause, X became a social activist. After graduating from the university, X moved to Riga, the capital of District XX and joined an underground radical cell. He quickly befriended the cell’s members and became loyal to the cause.

However, his support withered after the cell began using bombs in public places and performed bank heists to fund their cause. Sickened by what he had helped them do, X decided to distance himself from the movement and returned to his family in his hometown.

After a few months, he started drifting east into the states owned by Korporat18, specifically Siberia. While traveling in between the Siberian metropolises, X started to perform odd-jobs of various legality to support himself, with the skills he learned from his radical days proving to be useful. After arriving to Vladivostok, X officially became a mercenary and worked there for about a year. It was around this time, that X learned that most of the Cell he fought with was wiped out by the EPA.

After earning enough credits, X decided to migrate into Japan and he lived there for about four years until his return to Europa. He first lived in Osaka, but then moved to Akakawa and, later, Neo-Tokyo. While he was mostly hired by the Japanese gangs in the beginning, X soon started working for numerous private corporations. After moving to Neo-Tokyo, X began receiving augmentations and became a cyborg (in the lightest sense of the word).

Somewhere around this time X decided that he wanted to go back to Europa. He returned to District XX around two years ago and now resides in Riga. While he provides his mercenary services in Europa, he may be sometimes hired to work abroad.

 Cybernetics: When X originally lived in Europa he had a neutral stance on cybernetics and augmentation. But after moving to Neo-Tokyo, however, he was overwhelmed by the large bodyhacking and pro-augmentation culture that made the city the world capital of cybernetics. Soon, with access to the newest cybernetics from all over the world, X saw the advantages of augmentations and became a cyborg with some low-level implants.

Gecko Hands – A rare military-grade augmentation designed by Nova INC, X managed to procure them through a favor.

The skin on X’s palms has been replaced by a smooth skin-like material that, when stimulated by X, instantly shape shifts into a modified pattern based on the skin found on Gecko’s feet. It’s highly adhesive properties allow him to stick his palms onto any surface without the fear of them slipping off.

Smart Blood – A nano-technological implant where microchips, called nanobots, have been injected into X’s bloodstream.

In their current, most basic, state, they can be used to monitor his vital signs. However, they can be also upgraded to be able to inject substances, like medical drugs and cognitive or performance enhancers, or perform surgeries from within the body, giving X a self-healing ability.
