Appearance: Donal looks more human than most elves and is often confused as one, which is something he absolutely hates. He wishes that his ears were more pointed, giving him more elven attributes than human. Along with being rather human looking, he is also rather tall for an elf. He stands at about 6'7'', making visits to the dwarven lands extremely uncomfortable. He's skinnier than most, almost lanky really, and he weighs about 200 pounds, nearly underweight for someone of his height. Donal is often grimacing or glaring, something he can't really help. His eyes are an unnatural shade of red, his mother blaming the pigment on a family curse. Carter doesn't really walk but instead stalks around in a very wraith-like manner. He takes big, quiet steps and quite often sneaks up on people. He slightly hunches when he walks, used to having to duck underneath most anything to get around. Being relatively poor, Donal spent most of his money on a rather shoddy looking pair of leathers and a ratty cloak. He tried to find one's in a better black but ended up buying both things in a nearly the same dusty brown. These happen to be his favorite and only pair of clothes. His father, Torin Carter, was the only one keeping them alive, earning his keep in the mines. He could only dig up enough to buy them all a simple meal and keep the house, but Donal was grateful regardless. Carter wanted something better for his family, so when he was about 12, instead of working, he learned the craft of pickpocketing. He managed to get them better meals and let his father rest more than he would've otherwise. Torin died of the Black Lung when Carter was about 17 and his mother nearly worked herself to death. Carter wasn't stealing enough to both keep the house and feed his siblings, so he ended up teaching them how to steal when they were kicked out into the streets. Donal could never work, and he didn't want a fate like his parents'. He's relatively laid back, now knowing that he should never starve for he can always take meals. Equipment: Rogue stuff I'd imagine.
