I imagine that she's far below her potential, what with not trusting herself and needing to focus on control so much -- plus only knowing techniques directly related to her Sight, and future being what that group kept pushing her towards.  They really messed her up.  <3  I didn't build her as anything particularly strong compared to other Seers, but if you want her to be, that's fine.  *wriggles*

I remember that I planned on letting her use force abilities -- giving things a push or a yank.  Defending her mind is definitely a yes, and she can certainly do better at that.  She has a little bit of indiscriminately offensive ability there, and I don't know how much she'd be able to learn.  Also eventually I sorta see her learning to block herself off so people can't tell she has magic, even with the whole perception of chakra and stuff.  Ziika freaked her out when he was able to tell just by looking at her.  That is /not/ something she wants people able to do.  Anything else I'd be flexible about.

Jareth might -- /might/ -- already exhibit some of his earth abilities.  I think the whole tingling fingers is part of it, but it's always been so low key as to be unnoticeable unless you really look.  He might show it a bit more strongly now, with the repeated dream indicating the start of growing into them.
