Samuel just entered the capital city, and was unfortunately in a hurry. The camp he made the night prior took significantly longer to take down than he expected, causing him to nearly miss the festival. This was the entire reason he even left for the capital! Sometimes, Samuel wonders if he has even changed from the brat he used to be... No, now is not the time for those thoughts! Samuel shakes his head and sighs at the work he has ahead of him.
