I might pass by that group when I can, doesn't seem like you guys have don't much with it yet which is fine since I also see it was only founded a few days ago. Heh, also yeah I understood its all gonna be done in game, does go without saying, and obviously this is a great place to advertise it. 

Guess if you want any advise I would say try not to be too heavy handed, set up a great foundation and then let things play out on their own. Of course if conflicts get too heated, or even the complete opposite where nothing happens then step in to do something. Yeah though, generally I do think it would be best to remain hands off. 

Anyway I think I'll go ahead to join the group now to keep tabs on it, you'll know who I'll be.
