Working on my first post, won't be in District 21 though. By the way how much is 2500 credits in perspective? Like, what you can purchase with this ammount. Also, maybe we should make a map of districts to have some sort of a geographical understanding of Europa, because, for example, I have no idea where is District21 and how far is it when compared to District 20 which is in Eastern Europa.
