Yeah, NHS is reason enough to stay in the UK tbh, I was in hospital in the south visiting a relative and I had a ligament injury from pissin about in Belfast and one of the nurses told me "Don't go down to A&E, you're much better off going to the Royal Victoria when you're up North again".
