So I was thinking about this, and as much as Alex thinks she's super suave and her secret identity is secret, literally everyone on the team knows Polaris is Alex Hathaway. Ian, Ian's mother, Andrea, Malcolm, Hana, and Riley all have a reason to have put it together, and she's just totally oblivious, thinking no one but her little group know. ^^
