Correct. She can't teleport. However, that is not to say can't travel at hypersonic speeds with relative ease. (Mach 7+) or even push beyond that to near light-speed travel in outer atmosphere travel.

So she can easily be where she needs to within 20 minutes or less. On a global scale.
