[@Vocab]Well, Aiden's level isn't just his power, but his skill in using it, which is vast since he has been a Lv 10 for 15 years. So at first, Koko would be able to negaye his attack, but once Aiden knows what he's deaking with, he'll begin to exert his own control over the electrons. Now whatthis means is that, in terms of bog standard lightning attacks, Aiden's attacks woukd be significantly weaker(his ability to alter electrons being weaker than Koko's due to the more general nature of his ability) it wouldn't be completely negated. Some damage could still be done, but not enough to justify it, hence why Aiden will just crush you with a car instead.

That's how I see it anyway.
