Does a Frankenstien both 'mad science' resurrection and 'supernatural zombies', or would the second be a Phantom?

I know character wise, I wanted to play around with the fact the character is a walking corpse. Like they would never fatigue and sleep because they like to; have no heartbeat/ breath unless they actively concentrate on it; and one of his powers would be regeneration that requires raw meat to provide a base material (He prefers sushi but other sources work just as well if not better...)
