I like the idea that, though this is a different form of reciprocation based economics, Riley is used to bartering for goods with favors (presumably not sexual stuff, but that's just how her culture is, right?) so the idea that humans pay for everything by having sex all the time is just normal to her, thanks to the damn internet, but the concept of money is completely foreign. Like, want an anchovy pizza on her planet? You at some point are going to be expected to reciprocate with volcano baked sponge cake. Want an anchovy pizza on Earth? F#$% the pizza guy. And occasionally multiple partners are required to, "reciprocate," the pizza guy, the specific justifications of which are lost on Riley.
