[@Gowi] I just saw this same post on FB and did a double-take, then figured out it was you over there too.  *facepalm*

I'll admit I'm scared.  But the validation of bigots happened months ago now -- and there was no winning this time, regardless of how the vote went.  I hope next election sees major changes, but in the end, I think America has been broken for a while.  I'm not sure we can fix it without starting over.

So here's hoping that love somehow wins out, and that the nation lasts another year or four.
