Also yes people will be studying at kichijoji which is a academy that goes from middle school to college level courses. Similar to kirigaoka in that it focuses a bit more on the unique esper abilities from level 0 and above. The top student is determined by three main things one how unique their ability is, two how much effort the student goes into their studies, and finally three their growth. Top student comes with its own benefits and perks but that shall be explored later.
