It would be 14 times higher than the Great Pyramid at Giza – 6574 ft aka 2004 meters and would house almost one million people. The structure would compose of [b][u]204 smaller pyramids on eight layers.[/u][/b] 

Now imagine buildings that would fit per layer. 204/8 = 25 and a half buildings per layer. SO make it 26 in total.

Also 

Transportation within the city would be provided by accelerating walkways, inclined elevators, and a personal rapid transit system where automated pods would travel within the trusses.

Housing and office space would be provided by twenty-four or more 30-story high skyscrapers suspended from above and below, and attached to the pyramid's supporting structure with nanotube cables.

In other words, it's rare to find anyone with their own cars etc/
