~Tania and Lena~

Lena felt a tad bit disappointed that the robed person didn't return the greeting, aside from a simple nod. Had she done something wrong? Did she screw up again? Did she stare? The elf merely looked back towards the ground, somewhat disheartened but said nothing. Tania harrumphed atop her head, laying down and propping her chin up with her palms as they reached their destination. The portal. Lena walked through, emerging within the lush forests on the other side. The forest was absolutely fantastic. Elf stereotypes aside, she did like nature and being outdoors in general. She almost wanted to go smell some of the flowers. "Focus champ," Tania said, waving a hand in front of her vision. "Boss lady's speakin'" Right. Quieting down and focusing on the speaker, Lena listened intently to their instructions and rules. Only forty our of sixty would be chosen as adventurers, which meant she couldn't screw up here. She'd have to be as good as she ever was, and be as serious and focused as she could muster if she wanted to win. The blond elf frowned slightly as Iniya continued. She'd be judged in four categories. Attacker, Defender, Magic, and Ranged. Out of all of those, she was only good with maybe two, if should could use the Barrier spell correctly. Before she could summarize her thoughts further, a paper drifted down from the sky, dropped by a bird, staring at it intently before signing her full name. She had to choose four dummies to practice on. Practice dummies weren't something she wasn't used too - she practiced on them quite often...granted they managed to still win sometimes when she tripped over her own feet, but it hadn't happened in awhile. If she could manage not to screw anything up, she'd be fine. "Alright, simple enough." Tania said from atop her head. "I'd do Training, Training, Recorder, and then Training again." That seemed...rather specific. Three training's and a recorder. "Erm...are you sure?" Lena questioned. "Well, you don't have any magic that helps anyone else, so Catalyst is out. Your shield spell is only gonna blow up or put a shield in front of ya," Lena frowned at hearing Tania so casually mentioning her failures, but said nothing. "Training's about as simple as it gets, Champ, since you're gonna be pokin' things with that sword of yours or me and a Recorder would be a good way of showcasing what else we're good at. As for the final training dummy...well, we can use that. " The pixie laughed smugly, causing Lena's eyes to widen slightly. "W-wah? You...y-you sure? I normally...mess that up pretty badly." "Hey, don't worry Lena. You'l do fiiiine." Tania replied dismissively. A few seconds passed as the elf contemplated the words of the pixie before sighing in defeat. "W-well...alright, if you're sure..." Lena wasn't so sure she could pull it off, but Tania's reasoning made sense, at least. Within a few seconds she wrote on the paper what dummies she'd be using. Beast form: Training Material Form: Training User form: Recorder Any: Training Dummy "Great! Now come on champ, we got some training dummies to make cry." With that, Tania leaped off her head and zoomed in a direction away from the others. Lena would probably do better in a place where no one was watching...or at least, she thought no one would be watching her. "H-hey wait up!" Lena bolted off after her, quickly getting lost in the forest.
