When it was Shiranui's turn, Greta had him spin the wheel.  The wheel landed on two Poké Balls, meaning Shiranui had to participate in a 2-on-2 battle.  Greta started with Hariyama and Shiranui opened with Titania.
"Hariyama vs Gardevoir; begin!" Scott called.
"Hariyama, Belly Drum!"
"Titania, Misty Terrain!"  As Hariyama beat a catchy rhythm on its belly, Titania conjured some mist that enveloped the ground.
"Use Rest!"
"Titania, Moonblast!"  No matter how hard it tried, Hariyama could not fall asleep thanks to the mist.  Titania took the opportunity to fire a blast of moonlight at Hariyama, sending it flying.  Hariyama crashed into the wall, knocked out.[hr]Greta switched Hariyama for Medicham and Shiranui kept Titania out.
"Medicham, Poison Jab!"
"Titania, Will-O-Wisp!"  Medicham charged in and gave Titania a nasty right hook that did a lot of damage.  Titania conjured a ghostly flame and threw it at Medicham, leaving it burnt.
"Medicham, Shadow Ball!"
"Titania, Moonblast!"  Medicham conjured an orb of shadow energy and threw it at Titania.  The ball struck home and Titania barely hung on.  The Gardevoir fired the same move she used to take Hariyama out and scored a good hit on Medicham, leaving it as battered as she was.  Medicham succumbed to its burn and fell over, KO'd.  Shiranui won the Guts Symbol.
