You should! Even Apophis has his own CS even though he's a side character, and Lugu didn't mind it because it clarifies some aspects of him and his reasons for staying in touch with Sangue. I'm sure Skyra and her twin sister could have that kind of thing going too (except it'll be much more pleasant to our eyes because... twin sisters!!)
