I'm actually opening the board here for anything you want because the system will be (if there's enough interest to generate an OOC)

1. PM me/a co-GM about the power you want to have,
2. then one of us will assign the appropriate limiters and gimps to balance it out in the context of the world,
3. and then you can play that up to maximum effect keeping in mind those limiters.

Be as creative as you want.
