Why in the world would you drop Shad ([@Ayazi]) here when he is plenty more active than players like [@Kaithas] haven't turned up at all in like a month, to the point where he doesn't give a shit about posting for his own teacher himself and ditches his post onto Cats?

The guy's got some life stuff to deal with, yet you still ditch him even when he bothers to check in regularly to warn us? Do you even read the OoC or do you just make split second decisions on impulse and peer pressure?
