Safety? Pfft Sora doesn't believe in safety XD At least his anyway.
Although Sora does enjoy a good argument or two to get him revved up. If you 'discipline' him you're just giving him the response he wants XD Not that he would do anything to get himself kicked out but enough for Rosalina to not particularly like him. He'll just say he gets the job done, so does it really matter? XD
