Toryiama is basically a canon source when he says something since he DID make the bloody thing. Sure sometimes he does a move like saying the origin and name for 16, 17, and 18 out of nowhere, but its no less canon. Just remember you kinda need to roll with him when he does a retcon. xD Toei does more of the writing now anyway tbh.

Isn't Freeza's race darting between Frost Demon, Arcosian, and Freeza Clansman nowadays? I dunno, I just wanna use my adorable Majin xD. Guess I could make something extremely similar so that its original but does what I want them to do while being more beleivable that they're so weak?
