His powers look fine by me except his Holy Strike. Why is a skeleton who fights for Humans and Machina using a holy technique? I also still have a few issues about his backstory. As the humans created the Machina, why were there no Machina present to protect the humans? Is he aware of the Machina at all? Furthermore, all humans should be living in high-tech cities considering they, again, created the Machina and thus there shouldn't be any human villages at all. Unless he defended a city of humans? In which case, that's fine. Apologies since I forgot to mention that bit in my last review.

Polish that up and he'll be good to go.
