Garret and Tabitha
Garrett did not mind Tabitha being there with him, but he did not speak. He had no words. Jackson/Salazar had the beginnings of what a fool looked like, defying his maker and all, but still if anyone was going to kill him it should have been Garrett. Also seeing his spawn dead like he was hurt just as bad as if he had a dead child. Garrett looked at Tabitha, and sighed. "Tabby, I am sorry. Me being sad is probably taking time away from one of your pet projects. What about that little she witch....what was her name again?" Garrett ruffled Tabitha's hair and kissed her forehead. "And you were doing something in the garden or the yard or something?" Tabitha gave a shrug, quite content where she was, "Callie? She's out somewhere." She said, not concerned that Callie was out and about-she wasn't going to treat the witch like a pet. Free will, after all, was important, "My projects are to have something to focus on. Why not focus on you? You're more important" She said genuinely, the garden was already forgotten, but no doubt she'd go back to it later, at some point.  Garrett smiled, and twirled a lock of Tabithas hair with a finger. "Ill be honest, im kinda scattered brained at the moment. Kinda just wanna go get smashed." Garrett snickered. "You know, 1200 years and I do not remember seeing you super drunk before." Tabitha tilted her head, thinking on that. There was drunk, and then there was super drunk, but what was the difference? Maybe that's why I don't remember the boat thing..... But then again, she never really remembered how she got into such trouble even when sober, so how would she know? She thought ont hat a moment, her thoughts drifting, before looking back to Garrett. "Probably cause I do something foolish before I can get super drunk, but that is entirely worth it, even if I have to figure out just how I did it" She said with a shrug,  "then lets go get smashed. There might not be any drink left after, but oh well" Garrett shrugged. They always left a mark on whatever city they lived in, so why not let the mark be wet? The wetness in this remark would be alcohol.  "I dont really wanna go to the club that Lucinda owns now. Maybe we should go explore what places serve the best alcohol, has the best looking women,"Garrett said winking at Tabitha. Tabitha gave a nod and bounded up, forever full of energy, "So good booze and pretty things. Okay. Pretty's good" She said, seeming to think a moment, having run through the city with Callie, she had a good idea of the lay out now. If she could bring it back, of course. She frowned slightly as it seemed to slip away, and she wondered if she should have drawn it down or something, but too late for that. It probaby didn't help that she'd been distracted by not dropping Callie. Which she'd nearly done. A few times.  She blinked suddenly, perplaxed, looking back to Garrett. "Better looking then me?" She never really stopped to think about her looks. Only when she changed her hair colour, but now she stopped, frowning slightly, trying to imagine herself.  Garrett wrapped his arms around Tabitha and sighed.  ["No I was kidding. My bad. Trust me we have lived all over the world and I have seen no one who is more beautiful than you." Tabitha's thoughts had drifted slightly, trying to imagine her own face. The creative side of her was wondering if her face was symetrical, but she didn't really know, the other side listening to Garrett. She supposed she looked rather...pixy-ish. Was that pretty or cute? She didn't know. She shook her head slightly, bringing her thoughts back, or trying to. She was still perplexed. "Okay then" She said brightly, after a moment, deciding her thoughts didn't matter, she smiled, "So just the best booze then?" "Fuck it lets make it a night. Lets just go out to drink. Find a night better night club or something. Go ahead and get dressed for a night club, we will drink and dance the night away." Tabitha smiled happily, and giving Garrett a tight hug, she zoomed off energetically, to her room, leaping onto the many mattresses' bed and jumping over to the closet, she riffled through the clothes, she seemed to discard everything she had, throwing it all over the bed, she crawled through the clothes, seeming to decide on one thing, before throwing it back towards the closet, this going on for a few moments, before she settled on a dress she had designed herself, that fit her perfectly. It was, or should have been, mostly pinks that reflected her pink hair, but she throw other colours in there, basically using her imagination, she had created a dress that had da base pink, throwing in swirls of colour, that glittered due to the clear gemstoens she'd had sewn in as well. She wriggled out of the clothes she was currently wearing, and then hopped about as she wriggled into the dress, smoothing it, she used a ribbon as a handband, pulling her hair out of her eyes without disturbing her cut too much, she then found some shoes that were as excentric as the dress, slipping her feet into the heels, she trotted back to Garrett, the heels doing nothing to hinder her movement  She didn't bother with "enhancements" finding makeup more trouble then it was worth-and she often forgot she was wearing it anyway and generally disliked the feel of it. "I'm ready" She said happily, enjoying the simply colour of the dress, she twirled about, and flashed Garrett a grin.  Garrett dressed himself just as quickly. He wore a all black, sporting a slightly unbuttoned dress shirt and dress pants. He did not own anything super fancy or brand named. He normally had one look, and it suited it. Garrett smiled at Tabitha, basking in her ambiance. "Wow.....you look amazing." Garrett offered her his hand. "Lets go cause some trouble." Permission to cause trouble? Tabitha gave a soft laugh and took his hand, "I can do trouble" She said, excitedly, and she might very well have ran off, if she didn't remember she was wearing heels. A slight hinderance. "I think there was a night club near where I fed Callie"  Garrett scooped Tabitha up in his arms and laughed. "Since your wearing heels, running might break them. Tell me where to go and ill run for the both of us." Garrett leaned iin and kissed Tabitha lightly. Would she ever get use to that? tabitha wondered, returning the kiss, she stared for a moment, trying to remember. "Um." She brought back the place she'd dragged Callie into, setting her down and grabbing as much food as she could to basically stuff Callie. She smiled, and told him the directions, nestled quite happily in his arms, she was a little glad her dress wasn't loose, not that anyone would catch anything when they were running.  Garrett followed Tabitha's directions, still getting lost a ew times. No matter how old he got, he would always be terrible with directions. Garrett would nearly run into several signs and pedestrians as he ran because everytime he would go the wrong way Tabitha would make a noise or squeal or grip him tighter. Anything to let him know he went the wrong directions. Twenty minutes later, which is a very long time in vampiric speed terms, Garrett managed to find the correct club. He flashed to the entrance of the club, unnoticed by the wandering pedestrians. "Yea so........my bad dear, I forgot how bad I am with directions." Tabitha smiled, "It was still fun, and that's all that matters" She said brightly, looking about the club, there were people coming and going, seeming to be a popular place. The music was, Tabitha recognised, the more popular music these days for nightclubs, and everywhere it seemed there were people dancing, or drinking.  "Besides, sometimes getting lost gives you the best stories" She said, absently, looking back to Garrett, she tugged him further into the club, always fascinated by the atmosphere of them. It was...a little intoxicating for Tabitha, people just got so creative in their dancing when they had drank a bit. Her last turning had been in a night club, some years ago now, and it reminded her that she should check up on them.  "do you think they have that weird blue drink that was yummy from that place that time?" Garrett raised an eyebrow and cleared his throat. "Yea that one blue colored drink from that one time from that one place at that one place. I clearly remember that." Garrett walked over to the bar with Tabitha, and ordered a few different random blue drinks. When the bartender brought over their drinks, Garrett took one of the dozen and offered it to Tabitha. He also took one for himself. "Confession, I dont know what your talking about. But lets see if we can try to jog your memory!" Tabitha took the drink happily, apparently thrilled the drink was blue and that was it. She looked over the other drinks, "Thats okay, it was probalby like a billion drinks ago" She said with amusement, she took a sip of the drink, before just about downing the drink completely, never one to do things by halves. "Not that one but still yummy"{/color] She studied the other drinks hard, but didn't recognise any of them, which probably didn't mean anything. Nor did she think it mattered. With these being the start, she figured smashing drank was definetely something that would happen.  She looked over the crowd, apparently obvlivious to the fact that even for a nightclub, what she was wearing was odd. She looked back to Garrett, finding herself simply just....happy. Which made her feel really, really good, swaying slightly where she was.  Garrett pounded back shot after shot, finsihing off the last bit of his own drinks then signalling for another round. His head was a little foggy but otherwise he was fine. He noticed Tabitha looking around. "Do you wanna dance now? Or wait for more alcohol?" Tabitha reached out and took another drink, finishing it just as quickly as the first, "Lets dance, might take the bar tender a while to bring more"{/color] She said, staring a moment at the rest of her drinks, before deciding she could have more later. For once, she wanted to remember even a little bit, of a drinking night.  Garrett grabbed Tabitha's hand, and dragged her to the dance floor. For the next immeasurable amount of time they danced, Garret doing his own little akward moves and Tabitha being the wild one. Garrett tried to dance, but even he knew that what he called dancing was horrible. He could sing, play instruments, keep the rythm and make a beat but transfering all that to his feet was not one of his talents. Tabitha on the other hand was idderent. Tabitha ended up dominating the dance floor. It started off innocent enough, but over time she began to dance even wilder, using her vampiric skills to move her body in tempting and insane ways. She only danced with Garrett though. She danced with him, around him, and at one point on top of him. But the entire time they had fun. The bartender kept putting together trays of drinks for them, which dissapeared just as fast as the bartender put them out. Dancing was freeing. Tabitha just about lost herself in it, forgetting everything about not letting humans see that they were different, it was...dancing. There had been a time, when, over the last several centries, where she had tried to be a professional dancer. But she didn't really get with mainstream dancing, and besides, she often, like now, forgot to act normal. So she'd pursued other creative things.  She danced to whatever came into her mind, staying near Gerrett, she nevertheless cleared the floor unknowingly, not seeming to recognise just how strange, wild and alluring she was being, simply enjoying the dancing ,and enjoying trying to encorpurate Garrett into it.  When she grabbed drinks, she managed never to spill a drop, using her reflexes and grace to balance the drinks perfectly as she danced, never once seeming to pause, and as she set down a last drink-who knew how many drinks she'd drank-she spun back towards Garrett, exhilerated, she practically pounced on him.  Garrett caught Tabitha as she pounced, and spun her around in a circle. When he stopped he set her down but kept his hands on her hips. He reached over without looking and grabbed a random man dancing alone on the dance floor. It was dark and the only lights where the glow lights people had with them, so no one saw Garrett quickly strike the man unconscious and make a small cut on the mans neck. He leaned the man over closer to Tabith and allowed the spillage of blood land in Tabitha's mouth. The blood was like it always was, a source of life, and Tabitha drank a couple of mouthfuls, while she couldn't say she enjoyed the taste, it was defintely something she craved, and she hadn't fed in some days. As it always did, it made Tabitha feel stronger, more powerful. She licked her lips to make sure she didn't have blood all over her face, for the nounce quite content with what she had drank.  "Its always so intoxicating" Garrett in turn took his turn and drank the last bit of blood from the man. When he finished he dropped the man on the ground. "We shou-should probably go. Fore they they realize the guy is dead." Garrett led Tabitha to the back of the club, laughing and wiping the blood off his chin. Tabitha swayed as they walked, not so much drunk as...overwhelmed with their night, their life. She kicked off the shoes, tucking them under one arm, she snatched another drink as they walked out, downing it almost as quick as she had grabbed it, setting the glass on a random surface, not even caring what the surface was, her thoughts wondering a little more then usual, from idea to idea to idea, yet found she wasn't going to run off. The ideas paled in comparison for once to what they were doing.  "That was fun, fun, fun." she said, twirling around Gerrett, "Smashing drunk, yet?" Garrett took a few steps, but straightened up slightly. He wasnt smashed yet, but he wasnt sober at the very least. That made him feel extremley better. No daily worries, not Jackson problems, no Lucinda problems......... Garrett looked over at Tabitha and felt such a pull towards her that he trembled with anticipation. Garrett forced Tabotha against the wall, and began kissing her. He let his tongue the inside of her mouth, and kissed her with a burning passion. Tabitha smiled when Garrett looked over at her, a sudden almost shy smile that she had no idea where it came from, and she shiftetd as Garrett moved her against the wall, sudden sparks of desire, passion, need bombaring her senses as he kissed her, a little shocked at her response, kissing him back, she  slipped her arms around him, for a flickering moment, her mind tried to figure out the last time she'd done anything like this, before it simply surrenderred under the wash of desire.  Garrett picked her up by her waist, letting her legs wrap around him. Garrett wrapped his hand in a handful of her hair and yanked softly on it, allowing him to break the kiss and nibble on her neck. He kissed her neck up and down, returning back to her lips. He wanted her, and he wanted her bad. But suddenly the kiss was broken apart by Tabitha. It was a hard break apart, and she still clung to him, but for some reason she couldnt meet his gaze. Garrett tried to catch his breath and he rested his head against hers. "Whats *pant* wrong *pant*?" Tabitha didn't know where the sudden control came from, or perhaps she did as she clutched at Garrett, keeping her face turned just slightly away, she dind't know what she could say, and for a few moments, she was silent, she eventually met Garretts gaze. Just how could she explain? She gave a soft sigh. "its...nothings wrong. Its...me" She bit her lip, thoughtful. Despite practically being with Garrett and Lucinda all her life, Tabitha had a few secrets, and she tried to find the right words. "It is me. You make me feel...stuff I haven't felt in...centuraries" She glanced away again, "And...it...it scares me, because I don't want to lose someone so important again" she figured that that would just bring about more questions, and she wanted to sound...llike she knew what she was talking about. How could she explain, that she'd only loved one other person in her albeit long long long lifetime? She could still see his smile, and it made her heart ache, even as it yearned for Garrett.  [@kyrisse][@king tai][@dabombjk][@Wick][@rumikoohara][@venku]
