This looks pretty interesting,but I do have one question; Are all characters we create for the RP required to be part of Deltawatch? Or can they be some of the "talented individuals" that Talon is recruiting? I'm not too bothered, but the character I have in mind right now suits abit better in Talon, but it wouldn't be a huge undertaking to tweak that.
