Reaper's cells reproduce at an extremely high rate which gives him the wraith-like abilities. He can manipulate these cells by the armor he wears. He gained this state by, Mercy's hand in which she had experimented on him like, Genji. Though with his soul-consuming I can assume that he has EYES TO THE SPIRIT WORLD AND WE SHOULD ALL WORSHIP HIM!!!
