Yes, but I will be out for at least 4 hours and will be unable to devote serious attention to Arbiter/Aberration versions of your ability until I get back. The co-GMs will be able to field any general questions you might have.

Soft limit is 25 players, and any more after that will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Not all that worried about hitting the soft limit, so feel free to PM a power concept to the three of us.
