1. Outside comms are allowed, but it's no secret everything is monitored. Care packages from the family (if they still even love you) will show obvious signs of searching and checking. Same for already-opened letters delivered to you. You pick all that shit up at the registrar's office.

2. No uniform. You guys tend to die too quickly to justify them.

Don't worry, I won't ever straight up murder your characters without letting you know well in advance. Especially if some crazy plan of yours is probably going to lead to some kind of death. 8D
