According to this article, Psychokinesis is exactly what it is supposed to be in DBZ, power of the mind and not ki. http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Telekinesis Every character has used it in some form or fashion. Ki in DBZ is rather black and white. It is either involved or not involved and since nearly 99.5% of all characters in the show use it as a physical manifestatiin, I wouldn't say that everything in DBZ involves ki when DBZ didn't focus on every possibility (I think Dragonball tried to though, but it was more fantasy and magic than ki when it did). What I was saying is if this game is using T1 rules, then if a player isn't that good at it and is always setting up terrible counters to get their ass-kicked, and the GM is expecting his or her opponent to go easy on them, then I wouldn't say this game is about T1. It is going to go the way most games go on this site where you talk about how the fight or scene is going to go beforehand so that both writers are in agreement and then execute. Because by T1 rules, I can post 1 attack and 1 defense in a single post so whatever the counter is is whatever the counter is until the writer slips up. Also, seeing how Dakkon specializes in psionics, his psionics would be stronger than some average joe using it to levitate a glass of water. I will tweak that one part to have him just able to deflect small arms fire and small energy attacks since this is the beginning of the game but just know, he will eventually be able to halt large energy attacks in the future as he grows stronger. There is no point in pretending like it won't happen. He will also have gained new psychic techniques as he grows stronger.
