Yes, you do have to get your character approved before you post it in the CS or character tab, but since you already posted there you can just edit tyiur post and insert your character when you're done with him or her. 

Tag our GM [@balthazar007] who runs the whole thing to get him to approve it. You can either post it here and tag him or send him a pm.
