Apparently something all these women who went missing had in common was they had gone to a certain three nightclubs sometime. It might have something to do with it, or not at all. So I went and checked it out. Didn’t find anything though… but the music and drinks are bitchin’! You know, we should go clubbing sometime.” Josette’s eyes flickered to Estelle, Lisette, Xandra, Aria and Selan. “Girls’ night out!” "Clubbing sounds like a lot of fun!" Lisette chirped, clapping her hands together. "I've never done it, but I'm sure it'd be really great!" Selan actually nodded, a pursed smile on her lips. "That does sound like fun, actually." At the same time, a sinking feeling grew in her stomach at the thought of the disappearances spanning over such a relatively long period of time, with almost zero public knowledge of the whole thing. Girls continually being taken, for gods knew what reasons... Cid returned with the appetizers, and began asking for their orders. After being reassured that it was vegetarian, Lisette was talked into ordering the gnocchi. Selan ordered her risotto and decided to have the complimentary wine on the side as well, along with a refill of her water. "Come on Josette, what were the nightclubs? Do you all think we should scope it out?” Dylan asked. A discussion broke out about their course of action; some, like Syed and Dylan, had their reservations about putting the females in the group in a risky situations. "I agree with Miss Moira! It sounds like the best lead we have," Lisette said from behind her water glass. She was completely ignoring the calamari platter, and was repeatedly sipping at her drink to keep her stomach from growling. "We can take care of ourselves, right? And if we find the person who's behind the disappearances, we can stop more ladies from, you know, disappearing." “I think it’d be fun. Josette went and came back safely, not to mention we’d be in a group. Of course, I’m hardly the voice of authority here. I say we let him decide; Chirps is the one in charge after all.” Aria suggested. One corner of Selan's mouth involuntarily curled up into a smirk. Her least favorite trait about herself was that she held grudges, and she certainly still held one after the last time 'Chirps' was given a decision. But it had been some time since then; perhaps he had grown from the whole experience. Or, perhaps he was still the same insufferably egotistical man she had the displeasure of being abandoned by before. Not to mention that he'd probably jump for joy at the prospect of going to a nightclub frequented by beautiful women with expensive tastes... she thought dryly. Personally, she would rather get somewhere with their mission, and if the nightclubs were a lead, then that was where they should go. The only thing she was worried about was addressed the moment it came to mind. "Trixie wouldn't be allowed into a nightclub though, would she? I don't think I feel comfortable with putting her in that situation..." she looked to the trickster apologetically.
