I think Vesta would rock it better. At the very least, as long as she isn't ticked off at memers like Aleph and whatnot, I imagine that compared to Avery, Vesta is more refined and tophats are the pinnacle of class. 

I don't put tophats on memers and so far the most prominent memers that I know of are Aleph (more of a delusion but still), Avery, Ease in his own way, and Kyle. To be honest I haven't read every post ever and often stick to the ones that pertain to my OCs, so if I missed one then someone can correct me. 

But yeah. Maybe Heinrich should wear one later on. I plan on giving him fabulous clothes at some point.
