[@Mr Allen J] I was secretly hoping for the edgelord to be made lol but you can add the character to Talon if you want if you want to make it.

Phoebe looks good, but the only thing I'll mention is the Neutral Ability. I can compare the ability to Lucario from Smash Bros but I'm not sure how it will deal in Overwatch. Like how much more powerful in damage will it max up to? 20%? 30%? 

If it's like that though, I guess it can stay as long as it doesn't go overboard.
